PRINT/401k Plan: (Top of Page)
Our company provides a vehicle to provide retirement benefits known as a 401k program. This program is called PRINT, and after an employee reaches eligibility, a certain percentage of each paycheck can be deferred into this account.

Profit Sharing: (Top of Page)
Our company funds a profit sharing plan as another vehicle to provide retirement benefits. Employees have the opportunity to participate in the profits of the company at no cost to the employee.

Health and Dental Coverage: (Top of Page)
Also included in our benefits package is Health and Dental Coverage. This benefit is available for eligible employees who wish to participate. The cost of this coverage is shared by the company and the employee. The employee's portion on the cost is deducted from the employee's payroll check.

Golden Heart Child Care: (Top of Page)
A licensed child care center is available to meet the child care needs of company employees. Child care is available for infant through preschool children. The care and development of the children is under the supervision of an experienced staff trained in early childhood education.

Dependent Care: (Top of Page)
A dependent care program has been set up for eligible employees, so that a regular reduction in pay can be used for expenses pertaining to a dependent of the employee.

YMCA Discounts: (Top of Page)
YMCA discounts are available to our employees. The substantial discounts can be used for yourself and your immediate family, and offer a variety of different packages.

Life Insurance: (Top of Page)
Our company provides a life insurance plan that is available, at no cost, to all eligible employees.

Vacation Pay: (Top of Page)
Eligible employees are provided paid vacation based upon the number of months employed by the company during the present year. Paid vacation in calculated based on a calendar year.

Sick Pay: (Top of Page)
Eligible employees are entitled to sick pay accumulating from their starting date. Sick pay accrues on a monthly basis, and can be used for the employees illness, or injury to themselves and others.

Holiday Pay: (Top of Page)
Eligible employees will be compensated for seven paid holidays throughout the year.

Medical Reimbursement Accounts are available for employees for additional costs not covered in Health and Dental Coverage. These accounts allow employees to set aside a certain amount of pretax money to use for these additional costs.

Our company tries to be as understanding about our employees schedules as possible. We are open to working around school schedules and other situations where a different work schedule may be needed.
